Dear Members,

I am pleased to inform you that the Mechanical Services and Medical Gas Licence application form and referee statement form have been updated to allow to applications to be lodged with Service NSW. The Government has also updated the content on the Fair Trading website with commonly asked questions and additional information. The content reflects the approach Government has taken to make clear the legislative requirements to do mechanical services work.
